THE ALUMNI AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
Do you love Destination Imagination (DI) and are an alum of the program? Are you looking for ways to give back to DI locally, nationally and internationally? Then the Alumni Ambassador Program (AAP) is for you! The AAP engages Destination Imagination alumni to help DI achieve its mission of providing opportunities that inspire students worldwide to learn and utilize 21st century skills to become tomorrow’s innovators and leaders.

DI ALUM
Any person, 18 years or older, who has participated on a Destination Imagination team for at least one year.
DI ALUMNI AMBASSADOR
A DI alum who has completed the official Alumni Ambassador application and has been accepted into the Alumni Ambassador Program.
DI ALUMNI AMBASSADOR COUNCIL MEMBER
A DI Alumni Ambassador who has applied, been interviewed, and has been accepted to serve on the Alumni Ambassador Council. Alumni Ambassador Council members will be chosen annually to serve a one-year term.

DI ALUMNI AMBASSADOR COUNCIL
In addition to the Alumni Ambassador Program, we have formed the Alumni Ambassador Council (AAC), which brings together a group of dedicated alumni with the purpose of helping DI headquarters. The AAC works with our headquarters staff by providing the unique alumni perspective and offering feedback on a number of different projects and initiatives, supporting DI in creation of new partnerships and collaborations, and strengthening and growing DI around the world. Each year, it will be our goal to bring in new AAC members to serve in this unique capacity. In order to be eligible for a spot on the Alumni Ambassador Council, all you need to do is register as an Alumni Ambassador below and fill out a brief application, which will be sent out to all Alumni Ambassadors before the new term each year.

STEP 1
If you’re interested in serving as an Alumni Ambassador, click here to fill out the Alumni Ambassador Program application.
STEP 2
After completing the official application, it will be reviewed and, upon acceptance, you will receive your official welcome packet. The packet includes a personalized letter and a unique Alumni Ambassador lapel pin that represents your dedication to our community’s shared mission and vision.
STEP 3
Stay involved! By serving as an Alumni Ambassador, you will be connected to the latest happenings in DI and to alumni from around the world. You will have the opportunity to volunteer in your local Affiliate, get involved nationally with outreach and programs, and can also apply to serve on the Alumni Ambassador Council.
