TRAINING INFORMATION FOR TEAM MANAGERS

It’s already that time! TEAM MANAGER TRAINING!!
Please see below for information on mandatory training and coordinators— please forward to your team managers!

TEAM MANAGER TRAINING:
ALL Team Managers need to WATCH the Training Videos from DI Resources.

1. 24-25 Getting Started as a Team Manager Part 1 & 2
2. 24-25 Understanding Interference

Beneficial to watch:

1.  Your challenge specific video on what your team selected-ie engineering, fine arts, etc

2.  Guiding your team thru Instant Challenge

AND READ:
1. Quick Start Guide
2. Roadmap

Please complete this watch list online BEFORE you attend NE DI Team Manager Training.

NE DI Team Manager Training will be more about resources and where to find help and information, contacts, networking etc.

The meeting will include more of a question and answer session, so be sure to come prepared and have your questions ready.
IF you have time to watch more videos and read through the Rules of the Road, please do!

Plan on a 2 HOUR meeting, but may vary depending on questions.
