Registration FAQs

How much does it cost to register?

Visit the DI website for current pricing. Nebraska DI affiliate fees are included in the registration process

How many kids can be on a team?

Teams consist of 2–7 members for most challenges. Early Learning (Feeling Wild) teams may have 1–7 members. All members must be registered.

Do I need to be a teacher to be a Team Manager?

No! Any adult — parent, community member, or educator — can serve as a Team Manager. You just need enthusiasm and a willingness to guide your team without solving the challenge for them.

Can a school have multiple teams?

Yes! Schools can register multiple teams, even in the same challenge category. Each team registers and competes independently.
